This Privacy Policy applies to personal data (“information”) held by WOOD INTL LTD (“WOOD INTERNATIONAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It explains the types of information we collect about you, how this information is used and your rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you.

4. THE INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Information you provide us
• Personal details, e.g. your name, date of birth, gender;
• Contact details, e.g. your address, email, phone number, mobile number;
• Information about your identity, e.g. passport information, your nationality, photo ID;
• Your bank details (account name, number and sort code).

5. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect your personal information when you make an enquiry about our services or open an account with us online, over the telephone or in person. We may collect information when you interact with us via email, text or telephone. We may also collect information when you have given a third-party permission to share with us your personal data. We may also collect information from our clients (when they wish to make a payment to you). We may also collect information from Government agencies, e.g. Companies House and publicly available online sources, such as company websites, social networks and company registries.
If you provide us with personal information about another person, we ask that you inform them of our identity and the purposes for which their information will be processed by us.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS AND SECURITY
We may be required to transfer your information to countries outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (“EEA”), e.g. if we are obliged to report to foreign authorities, or when your information is processed by one of our partners or suppliers. In these cases, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your personal data still receives a level of protection that is consistent with UK and European data protection standards.
9. STORING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain personal information only for a period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was originally processed, or in order to fulfil a legal obligation. As a minimum, we will retain your personal data for the duration of our engagement with you, and for a period of 5 years on termination of your engagement with us, unless we have any other legal basis for retaining such information.

• You may request access to the information we hold about you by making a Subject Access Request.
• You may request that we destroy, delete, or discontinue using your personal information. We may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal and regulatory reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
• You may request that we stop processing your information when you contest its accuracy or the lawfulness of the processing.
• You may ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal information that we hold about you.
• Under certain circumstances, you may ask us to provide a copy of your information to another organisation in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Whenever you have given us your consent to use your information, you have the right to change your mind at any time and withdraw your consent.
• In cases where we are processing your information on the basis of our legitimate interests, you can ask us to stop for reasons connected to your individual situation. We will do so unless we believe we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue processing your information. If you do object, this may affect our ability to provide you with some of our services.

We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
There is not normally any charge for a subject access request.
If you think your data has been misused or that it has not been kept secure, you should contact us and express your concern.
If you’re unhappy with our response, you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or get advice from the ICO - www.ico.org.uk
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. This may be necessary, for example, if the law changes, or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection.
